First time

  • Pumpkin cream with parmesan crouton, with tequila shrimp and guajillo oil.
  • Asparagus cream with bacon and croutons scented with fine herbs and parmesan.
  • Christmas salad with apple and winter fruits, with old mustard and honey dressing.
  • Beet salad with grapefruit, with citrus vinaigrette.

Second time

  • Turkey scallops bathed in gravy sauce, accompanied by wild rice with nuts.
  • Loin stuffed with spinach and cottage cheese, bathed in tejocote sauce accompanied by mashed sweet potato.
  • Biscayne-style cod, accompanied by duchess potatoes.
  • Roasted Portobello mushroom, bathed with avocado pesto, accompanied by vegetable cubes.
  • Sweet potato stuffed with brown rice and chickpeas, accompanied by spinach pesto pasta.

Third time

  • Christmas trunk
  • Creamy dulce de leche with red fruits

Las Nubes Holbox Hotel

This boutique hotel is located on the secluded island of Holbox, right in front of the sea. The hotel offers sea views and features a spa, ironing facilities, rowing boats and canoes, among other facilities. These services are subject to availability and incur an additional charge. All rooms at Las Nubes de Holbox are air conditioned and have a balcony. All units have a private bathroom with a shower. Some units feature sea views. Bathrobes, a safe and a hairdryer are provided.
